Today is the day I’m officially sharing the link to my book in the wider Instagram and Facebook world.
But first, I want to share something with you here, because you have been walking with me for a while. My posts on this page began, in the last part of the year I walked.
It’s so personal to look at this picture of me. I feel her and love her.
This was me walking during that year I wrote about. I can see it now; this is the face of a woman who was walking through something deep and heavy.
I didn’t realize this until today.
That hat was my Dad’s.
We picked it out together when he bought his 3-wheeler bike.
I can see the many thoughts and worries I carried on those walks.
I leaned into them and found grief and grace and love are intertwined.
It is more than a book. There is room for you to journal, sketch, imagine, and write wildly if you feel called to.
I did and still do a lot of that when I’m outside.
If you, or someone you love, is moving through grief or experiencing a long hard season, this book could be a friend.
